WHERE DID ALL THE BUTTERFLIES IN TORONTO GO?
On February 26th Beauty School Dropout stopped by Toronto’s "The Garrison" with support by Nightbreakers for an alternative amped night of music
Nightbreakers did as their name entails and were first up to break the silence in The Garrison. Bringing a refreshing pop & alt rock performance full of fan favorite tracks both old and new including multiple recent single releases "Do You Remember" a bldfladlfd & "Not Like We Used To" the title track from their upcoming debut album! All of the new material mixed into the set made it an exciting night of music with fans not knowing what to expect next. The band closed out their set with "Apartment" & "Attention” with the room singing every word until the last string.
When the time came for Beauty School Dropout to take the stage The Garrison was absolutely packed with dropouts. One by one each band member walked out to the crowd, The room getting louder with every step the band took. The walkout was iconic and broke out into the track "XXX" followed by a full performance of their recent project "WHERE DID ALL THE BUTTERFLIES GO?" an electronic infused alt-rocked body of work that is considered a creative take on bringing the party back to rock music. They showcased true musicianship with amazing technical ability and stage presence creating memorable moments for everyone in attendance from inviting fans on stage to tek dek kickflips. BSD ended the set with a few fan favorite tracks, those being "ASSASSIN" & the moshpit generator "FIGHT MODE". The band expressed gratitude for everyone that showed up to the show and had some wholesome moments with fans backstage when the curtains closed.
This show was the only canadian stop along the tour making it a special one among the 13 total shows to be played on the road. You can catch the Dropouts & Nightbreakers on this tour together until their last show in their hometown of Los Angeles March 16th!
