Don Broco disappear into Toronto, ON
On October 26, 2025, The Opera House in Toronto was packed with fans and stacked with bands as Don Broco crossed the pond with support from Capstan and sace6. The historic venue and metal manic fans were in for an early halloween treat.
sace6 opened the evening with a set that immediately set the tone. Their performance was sharp and aggressive, with a set full of their heaviest material from their recent “Limerence” project along with some unreleased tracks that got the crowd locked into the show right away. The band had amazing crowd interaction, and after giving a set to remember they met up with the crowd at their merch booth.
Capstan elevated the atmosphere further and translated their intensity seamlessly to the stage. The connection between the band was captivating with every member having so much fun on stage, you could see they have great chemistry and love their jobs. Capstan’s set struck a strong balance between melodic vulnerability and heavy hitting moments, with a set full of fan favourite tracks and closing their night off with their most popular release “Wax Poetic”.
By the time Don Broco took the stage, the Opera House was packed front to back. The band’s presence was captivating and commanding, opening the show with 3 fan favourite tracks “Everybody” & “Pretty” from their 2018 album “Technology” with a quick transition to “Cellophane” a recent release off an upcoming project easily delivered a performance that felt both explosive and meticulously crafted. Bouncing from songs off multiple projects with various sounds, from the opening moments to the final notes Don Broco had full control of the room. This really showed when they walked back on stage for an encore, performing song’s “Fingernails” & “T-Shirt Song” they had the whole room bouncing and t-shirts swinging. Don Broco effortlessly shifts between massive hooks, heavy grooves, and crowd participation. Creating a night to remember for everyone in attendance.
The Toronto stop on this tour felt less like a routine date and more like a tease for what's to come. Don Broco reaffirmed why they have so much anticipation for this upcoming album & continue to headline rooms of this size, while Capstan and sace6 proved to be formidable support who both shine in their own ways. It was a night defined by energy, connection, and performances that lingered well after the lights came up. You can catch all these bands together until November 1st in New York. Don Broco will be taking sace6 out for a second leg of the tour in the new year while Capstan ventures out on a headlining tour of their own.
